Wholesale Accounts

Eligibility

Wholesale orders can be placed only when signed into an approved wholesale account. Wholesale accounts will be approved for service professionals and businesses only. Eligible businesses may include, but are not limited to:

  • Retail Stores (physical and/or online)
  • Professional offices/firms
  • Service professionals (e.g. healers, lightworkers, psychic readers, acupuncturists, massage therapists)
  • Resellers – (Online or offline gift shops or metaphysical store owners)
  • Wholesellers
  • Upon setting up a wholesale account, Archangel Wholesale may require a copy of your business license, resale certification, or other documents to confirm the existence of the business. Approval of wholesale accounts is done so at the sole discretion of Archangel Wholesale.

Applying for an Account

To apply for a wholesale account, please fill out and submit the FORM HERE. If you are an existing wholesale customer or have previously placed a wholesale order, but do not have an active account for the Archangel Wholesale website, please contact us directly at support@archangelwholesale.com for an account activation email.

Please allow 24 hours for account requests to be reviewed and processed

Account Approval/Activation

Once Archangel Wholesale has approved a submitted application request, an email will be sent with a link to activate your account and set a password. If a wholesale account request is denied or requires additional information prior to approval, Archangel Wholesale will contact you via email explaining the decision or additional request.

Where are your products made?

In our Divinely Archangel Blessed studio in soulful Albany, Oregon.

Are the materials used natural?

We have a wide variety of products and materials, so here’s the best and simplest explanation: If it can naturally be found in the world, ours is natural. For example, all our vogel and double-terminated crystals used in the Archangel Chakra Crystal Lights are natural and Divinely blessed by the Archangels.

Each of the Archangel Chakra Crystal Lights are handcrafted with care and Divinely blessed before they are shipped.

Product Packaging

Each of the Archangel Chakra Crystal Lights are packaged in a manner to best protect them in transit from damage from shifting, handling, and moisture. Each may be wrapped in bubble wrap, and possibly placed in individual corrugated or chipboard boxes. Other packaging materials may include kraft paper, tissue paper, or air-cushion materials.

Packaging may vary slightly between different orders, as we will pack orders in the most efficient and least wasteful method, while still ensuring the protection of the products. We hope that any packaging materials will be reused or recyled in order to assist Mother Earth.

Product Photo & Video Usage

Current wholesale customers are welcome to use product photos & videos only of items they have purchased. 

Customers do not have permission to use photos & videos for items that have not been purchased. 

Wholesale customers are responsible for retrieving the images and videos directly from our website on their own.

Please note, the resolution of the file downloaded may depend on the method of saving the images, your web browser, device, etc. 

All images and content found on this website is the sole property of Archangel Wholesale and protected by copyright and intellectual property law. Archangel Wholesale reserves the right to refuse the use of any content by any party.

Wholesale pricing is confidential and can only be viewed when signed in to an approved wholesale account. Pricing is subject to change without notice.

Suggested Retail Pricing (SRP) is simply a suggestion, they are not mandatory. Your company may set its own retail pricing appropriate for your resale purposes.

 

Volume Pricing

Generally, volume pricing is for quantities exceeding 5 units.

 

Shipping

When will my order ship?

All orders are processed and shipped in the order in which they are received. The Archangel Chakra Crystal Lights are made-to-order, therefore production and processing times will vary with most orders. We strive to have all orders processed and shipped between 1 to 3 business days of the order being placed. However, increased order volumes, order size and quantities, and product availability may result in longer processing times.  We will email you and let you know the approximate shipment date if we estimate it will take longer than 3 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary based on weight, volume, and destination. Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on average weights of the products being ordered. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Dropshipping

Currently, we do not offer dropshipping services.

 

Customs & Import Taxes

All customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes required by their own country. Archangel Wholesale is bound by law to declare the full wholesale value of your order, along with an invoice of purchase. 

 

Returns / Exchanges

Return Policy

All wholesale purchases are final; however, exceptions can be made in some cases. Return authorizations will be made on a case-by-case basis. Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee, deducted from the issued refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Additionally, if a return is authorized, arrangements and costs of return shipping will be the responibility of the customer.

We suggest placing an order for single or smaller volumes as “samples” if you want to first inspect a product prior to ordering a larger volume. “Samples” may be eligible for returns with approval prior to placing the order. Contact us with any questions regarding samples.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges or substitutions may be made only with prior written approval. Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. Some items may be subject to a restocking fee.

 

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If you receive the incorrect item or it was damaged upon delivery, please contact us so that we can arrange a replacement or apply a credit to your account. Archangel Wholesale must be notified of any damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.  You will not be responsible for shipping costs of replacement products for damages, missing, or incorrect items.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

We provide a 30 day manufacturer’s warranty to the end user, which covers any damage or defect to the item due to manufacturing issues within the first 30 days after purchase.

Items purchased that fall outside the 30 day manufacturer’s warranty window are not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. 

Returns / Exchanges

Return Policy

All wholesale purchases are final; however, return authorizations will be made on a case-by-case basis. Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee, deducted from the issued refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Additionally, if a return is authorized, arrangements and costs of return shipping will be the responibility of the customer.

Returns will be repaired, replaced, or refunded (at our option) at no charge if within the 30 day window that are damaged or defective due to manufacturing issues. Please contact us first to verify the warranty is still applicable and for authorization. We will not accept returns that have not been authorized by us.

Items purchased though a third-party seller (a seller other than ArchangelWholesale.com) must be returned to the original seller which the item was purchased for replacement or refund. 

Closeout and sale item purchases are final and do not qualify for refunds and/or exchanges.
